This course was designed and delivered by the OSCE Mission in Kosovo to Kosovo Police officers and covers the following topics:
- Definition and activities of organized crime groups
- Systematics and strategy of organized crime investigtions
- Planning an investigation project
- Planning, management, invervention, implementation and evaluation of an operation
- Basics of observation and surveillance
- Informants and undercover agents
- Risk analysis and search techniques.
The course materials consist of presentation and scenarios for exercises.
