Advanced training for the negotiators at the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit (SATU) and Special Negotiation Team (SNT)

Training in the modern methodologies helps to protect innocent people.

The training will render tactical skills from a human rights perspective to the member of the police. The training on negotiation techniques will provide Montenegrin Police an opportunity to commence co-operation with other SATU and SNT teams in Europe and share experiences and lessons learned cases.

By the end of the training, the participants will be able to:

• Build up capacity in tactical skills and negotiation techniques;
• Use the learned skills in a safe training environment;
• Improve the organisational structure, reporting, liaison internally and externally, delivery plans and media training;
• Decrease the number of casualties in case of crisis.
