    This report is an overview of the Expert Seminar on "Women in Conflict Prevention and Crisis Management" held at Hofburg in Vienna, Austria. The objective of the seminar was to discuss and identify possible actions in order to fully implement UNSCR 1325 in the OSCE as well as to exchange informations about women's participation in conflict prevention and crisis management.

  • Final report on OSCE-UNODC Joint Expert Conference on "Fighting the threat of illicit drugs"

    The Conference took place in Vienna on 28-29 June 2007 and was designed to facilitate the exchange of information on the production of and trafficking in illicit drugs, to discuss the implementation of relevant OSCE commitments and to consider further measures to enhance international co-operation in fighting the threat of illicit drugs.

  • Youth and Hooliganism in Sports Events

    This new OSCE-publication covers the problem of youth and football violence in Serbia. It's making was supported by the Police Academy and the Interior Ministry of Serbia. It is based on a survey conducted in 25 secondary schools throughout Serbia on a sample of 3662 pupils. The survey addressed issues of football hooliganism, awareness of young people, involvement in fan groups, delinquent behaviour, alcohol and drugs abuse, and linkages to racism.

  • Key findings and outcomes of the Trans-regional workshop on enhancing co-operation in combating irregular migration and smuggling of migrants through the Western Balkans
