This report provides information about police-related activities of the SPMU, as well as other cross-dimensional police-related activities of other thematic units in the Secretariat and OSCE Institutions. It also gives an overview of the capacity and institution building activities undertaken by the OSCE field operations in support of their respective host-State governments.
This report was compiled on the basis of contributions received from different rapporteurs and contains detailed descriptions of the discussions as understood by each rapporteur and recommendations of the sessions.

The toolkit is set of tools designed to enable interested parties to conduct comprehensive assessments of criminal justice systems and identify areas of technical assistance. It was developed by the UNODC in close co-operation with the OSCE/SPMU.
This report, produced by the SPMU, provides an overview of the sessions of the Conference that took place in Vienna on 17-18 July 2008 as well as recommendations by the participants.
