This report presents the outcomes of the workshop that took place on 21-22 January 2010 and provides the main findings submitted to the Ministry of Interior of Serbia for consideration and analysis.
The idea of the workshop was to provide an opportunity for Serbian colleagues to exchange experiences related to the restructuring of police training systems with Hungary and Slovenia, and expose members of MoI to best practices as well as lessons learned in the restructuring process in these two respective countries.
The workshop gathered 19 representatives from different directorates of the Ministry and regional police directorates. Three participants were from the Directorate for Police Education, Professional Development and Science as main beneficiaries of this exercise.
