The goal of this lesson is to provide Police Inspectorate staff with an introduction to the law that relates to the search of persons and premises.

  2. List the legal provisions that relate to the lawful search of premises
  3. State the conditions that apply to the conduct of a search of premises
  4. Demonstrate the ability to recall the more important points of knowledge from the lesson
