Summary

The goal of this lesson is to allow Police Inspectorate staff to become familiar with the components of the Central Part of an Extended Report – the most demanding in terms of technical skills. In addition, they will begin to learn how to assemble data into the core text of a report, based on the guidance provided in this lesson.

At the end of this lesson Inspectorate staff will be able to:

  1. Describe the three (3) steps involved in gathering data for the central part of an Extended Report
  2. Demonstrate the ability to gather data for an Extended Report
