The goal of this lesson is to provide Police Inspectorate staff with an introduction to the theory and practice of the effective use of resources a management setting and the need for this skill within PIK.
When you have completed this Unit you will be able to:
- Describe the resources which are necessary for any organisation to prosper and thrive
- Explain the importance and purpose of each resource
- Identify those resources for which you have responsibility, or over which you have some measure of control
- Identify ways in which you can make the very best use of your organisation’s resources
- Manage and conserve your organisation’s resources in a practical way, at work
