Material for a 17-hour lesson, part of the Mid-Level Management Course developed by the Kosovo Police Service School.
The police are responsible for safety and security in the society at any time. If something should happen on a bigger scale, e.g. a critical incident, the police will manage this matter besides the ordinary routine police matters in the district. The police are responsible for the co-operation between involved authorities in the operation.
The aim of this lesson is to establish the right organisation to handle the critical incident properly when necessary.
