Summary

The goal of this lesson is to reinforce classroom lessons on safety, firearm manipulation and marksmanship techniques. Students will also gain confidence in their use of the weapon through practice shooting.

At the end of this lesson, the student will be able to:

  1. Identify and apply the safety procedures related to the firing range and its surroundings.
  2. Demonstrate firearm skills and accuracy in standing positions, shooting at assigned distances without timed drills.
