Material for a 3-hour lesson, part of the 10-day Firearms Training Course, developed by the Kosovo Police Service School.

Summary

The goal of this lesson is to practice the use of the holster, while maintaining the use of marksmanship principles and safety. Students will also gain confidence in their use of the weapon through shooting drills.

At the end of this lesson the students will be able to:

  1. Identify and apply the safety procedures related to the firing range and its surroundings.
  2. Demonstrate firearms skills and accuracy in aimed standing positions at assigned distances, loading and firing times, with scoring inside the 8-ring only.
