Material for a 4-hour lesson, part of the Mid-Level Management Course developed by the Kosovo Police Service School.
The goal of the lesson us to understand the strategy and strategic management in the organizations.
At the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:
- Explain what are strategy and the relation between strategy and plans, policies, tactics, projects, budget.
- Define the different decision making groups and explain strategic decision making group.
- Enable participant to approach the strategy with system physlopsy and understand the basic steps of establishing a strategy.
- Understand the relation between leadership and strategy.
- Explain strategic control systems.
