The Aim of this unit is to provide an understanding of what is facilitation and to develop basic skills for it application in training.
At the end of this unit you will be able to:
- Explain the concept of " Facilitation", "Facilitator" and "Facilitation Skills, as presented in the class.
- Distinguish facilitative behaviors that show a trainer as facilitator, using an activity during the class.
- Categorize behaviors and actions to take while dealing with atypical participants in the classroom, following the guidelines presented in the class.
- Categorize actions that a trainer should and shouldn't engage to attain a facilitative training environment.
