This course manual was developed by the OSCE Mission in Skopje for using at training workshops for police personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
Training manual that provides a step-by-step description of how to conduct a one-day workshop for police officers on investigating and responding to hate crimes. The general curriculum has been customized for use in the country in which the training takes place.
The purpose of the two-day workshop was to provide participants a forum for exchange of information and experience related to multi-ethnic policing. It gathered ideas on future measures to foster effective functioning of ethnically mixed units for the benefit of all ethnic communities.
