• Interaction Between Journalists and Police Officers during Mass Events

  This guidebook is a result of joint work between Ukraine's Interior Ministry officers and media unions’ experts as part of a project implemented by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator. It includes recommendations on their co-operation during mass events, the rules of safe conduct and a detailed overview of the rights and responsibilities of both the police and journalists.   Practical training courses on X-ray for baggage and passenger screening at airports for some officials from the Aviation Security Service and Aviation School of Turkmenistan Airlines, as well as the Transport Police Service of the Interior Ministry, the State Customs Service and State Border Service.

• TAHCLE: Training on Hate Crime for Law Enforcement - Curriculum for Trainers

  Training manual that provides a step-by-step description of how to conduct a one-day workshop for police officers on investigating and responding to hate crimes. The general curriculum has been customized for use in the country in which the training takes place.
