  • Information Bulletin on the Drug Situation in the Central Asian Region

    Prepared by the National Information and Analytical Centre on Drug Control and published with the support of the OSCE, this Bulletin contains information covering the current status and development trends in the drug situation in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan for 2017, as well as measures taken in the fight against the international distribution of drugs. The strategies and analysis presented also promotes the advancement of regional cooperation between the relevant law enforcement bodies of the countries in the region.

  • Brochure on the protection of cultural property (in Bosnia and Herzegovina)

    The brochures in 3 languages and a video spot were developed by the OSCE Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina jointly with the NGO, “Centre against Trafficking in Works of Art”, with a goal to increase public awareness on the importance of cultural heritage protection and the degree of its current endangerment.

  • Needs assessment mission to South Eastern Europe (15 September – 17 October 2003)

    The report contains recommendations that address the most urgent bilateral and sub-regional border issues as well as the essential areas of cross-border concerns.

  • Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs

    This Convention aims to combat drug abuse by coordinated international action. There are two forms of intervention and control that work together. First, it seeks to limit the possession, use, trade in, distribution, import, export, manufacture and production of drugs exclusively to medical and scientific purposes. Second, it combats drug trafficking through international cooperation to deter and discourage drug traffickers.
