• Information Bulletin on the Drug Situation in the Central Asian Region

  Prepared by the National Information and Analytical Centre on Drug Control and published with the support of the OSCE, this Bulletin contains information covering the current status and development trends in the drug situation in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan for 2017, as well as measures taken in the fight against the international distribution of drugs. • Kyrgyz police officer pocket handbook

  The pocket handbook was developed in 2010 by the OSCE Police Reform Programme for Kyrgyzstan for uniformed police for the first time in Kyrgyz and Russian languages to promote the culture of the rule of law among the Kyrgyz police.

• Training strategy for the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

  This training strategy was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MoIA) of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia in co-operation with the OSCE Mission to Skopje and aims to establish the training system that will incorporate an effective methodology and procedures to establish the training needs and plan their delivery.
