A three-day workshop on Project Cycle Management (PCM) for 21 members of the Police Union was organised from 25 to 27 October in hotel Arka in Skopje. The aim was to increase the capacities of the MoIA employees, members of the Women Section in MPU, for independent development and implementation of gender-related projects. Two external national experts have already delivered a standardized PCM program as part of past OSCE projects. The following topics were covered at the workshop: Understanding the project management, How to identify and develop projects; Logical Framework Approach-Introduction, Logic intervention, Assumptions, Preconditions, Indicators and Sources of Verification, budgeting and gender mainstreaming aspects in project development (informative session).
