  In light of the recent adoption of the 2011 EU Directive aimed at combating sexual abuse and exploitation of children as well as child pornography, this event is intended as a platform to debate and assess the new EU legislation and to promote the effective investigation and prosecution of offences in this area of law.

  5th International Conference “Keeping children and young people safe online”

  The event, organized by Safer Internet Centers in Poland (Nobody’s Children Foundation and NASK) and Germany (klicksafe), addressed a wide variety of issues relating to children’s and young people’s safety online, such as privacy in social networking sites, managing online identity, plagiarism, educational strategies and emerging trends online.
