This manual is designed as a general guideline for all the stakeholders involved in the fight against domestic violence, with a special focus on the staff of the Albanian State Police, taking into consideration that they are first responders to domestic violence.
The report contains recommendations that address the most urgent bilateral and sub-regional border issues as well as the essential areas of cross-border concerns.
Optional Protocol supplements the Convention by providing States with detailed requirements to end the sexual exploitation and abuse of children. It also protects children from being sold for non-sexual purposes—such as other forms of forced labour, illegal adoption and organ donation.
