This guide to developing a safer school environment was developed by the OSCE Mission in Skopje in co-operation with the Ministries of Internal Affairs and Education for the "Safe Schools" project.
This guide, developed by the OSCE Mission in Skopje in co-operation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, is intended for the pupils and members of prevention clubs within the schools.
The guide was developed through the support of the Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is primarily intended for secondary school pedagogues and is in Bosnian.
The brochures in 3 languages and a video spot were developed by the OSCE Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina jointly with the NGO, “Centre against Trafficking in Works of Art”, with a goal to increase public awareness on the importance of cultural heritage protection and the degree of its current endangerment.
This strategy, which is consistent with USAID’s policy, provides a more explicit guide for how State and USAID will work jointly and will leverage the range of available diplomatic and development resources to have a demonstrable impact to prevent and counter the spread of violent extremism.
