  • Youth and Hooliganism in Sports Events

    This new OSCE-publication covers the problem of youth and football violence in Serbia. It's making was supported by the Police Academy and the Interior Ministry of Serbia. It is based on a survey conducted in 25 secondary schools throughout Serbia on a sample of 3662 pupils. The survey addressed issues of football hooliganism, awareness of young people, involvement in fan groups, delinquent behaviour, alcohol and drugs abuse, and linkages to racism.

  • Summary of the survey of the co-operation between the police and community entities on matters of domestic violence

    The survey was conducted with a view to assess the current situation in combating domestic violence in the context of capacity building of the Police in the pilot communities of City of Vanadzor in the Lori Marz of the Republic of Armenia, and Kanaker-Zeytun, Avan, and Nor-Nork Communities in the City of Yerevan.     The OSCE Mission to Montenegro, the US Embassy and the Judiciary Training Centre, in co-operation with police, prosecution and judiciary experts have developed this guide for public prosecutors, judges and criminal police officers. The guide presents the basics of international and national criminal law framework, accompanied by concrete examples. Its purpose is to serve as a tool in the work of the police, public prosecutors and courts when processing the cybercrime cases.
