• Youth and Hooliganism in Sports Events

  This new OSCE-publication covers the problem of youth and football violence in Serbia. It's making was supported by the Police Academy and the Interior Ministry of Serbia. It is based on a survey conducted in 25 secondary schools throughout Serbia on a sample of 3662 pupils. The survey addressed issues of football hooliganism, awareness of young people, involvement in fan groups, delinquent behaviour, alcohol and drugs abuse, and linkages to racism.

• Protocol on Intensifying co-operation in the fight against trafficking in persons and on the enhanced identification, notification, referral and voluntary assisted return of victims/potential victims of trafficking

  This protocol between the General Secretariat of Government of Montenegro and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Albania aims, inter alia, to intensify mutual efforts in combating trafficking in persons, information sharing and mutual assistance regarding the identification, referral, protection as well as assisted return of (potential) victims of trafficking.

• Training course for trainers (ToT) on hate crimes to law enforcement authorities

  This curriculum is a training manual that provides a description of the step-by-step on how to conduct a one-day workshop for police officers on the subject of research and response to hate crimes. The general curriculum is adapted for use in the country where the training takes place.

• Agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Montenegro on trans-border police co-operation

  This bilateral agreement aims at intensification of mutual relations and enhancement of the cooperation between the two border police services, as well as more effective action through joint measures, plans and actions against illegal migration, trafficking in human beings and other forms of trans-border crime.

• Regional Serious and Organized Crime Threat Assessment

  The regional threat assessment was made as part of a regional project aimed at enhancing capacities for strategic analysis and strategic assessments in the Serbian, Montenegrin and Macedonian Ministries of the Interior and was implemented by the OSCE Mission to Serbia. International partners included DCAF and Europol.
